3 models of separators are used for separation of tea: SMB, SMPR, SMR.

SMB magnetic separators are installed instead of conveyor's drive pulleys. Being an exact copy of the original drive pulley, our separator has a number of advantages over other types of magnetic separators. Designed for high productivity, SMB magnetic separator extracts both small and large tramp metals from the product, and than discharges them automatically. For more efficient processing it is recommended to use combined power of SMB pulley and SMPR suspended separators.

SMPR magnetic separators are installed 100-300 mm above the conveyor for extraction of ferrous metals from the product (tea) flow.

SMR - Magnetic grates are installed in receiving hoppers.
